Live Wire gained his powers after he, his twin sister Ayla (the Legionnaire Spark), and his older brother Mekt (the villainous Lightning Lord) were attacked by lightning beasts on the planet Korbal. He lost his right arm in a fight with Lightning Lord. Live Wire sacrificed himself to destroy the Omniphage while lost in a distant galaxy (Legion Lost #12). |
